Provided you’re interested in speaking with us further, we will work to arrange a convenient meeting time at your home to learn more about what you’re trying to accomplish with your window coverings and how we can aid those efforts.

How Will I Get To See My Options?
At our meeting we will bring various samples and review as many options as you’d like based on our initial phone conversation. Hopefully our website will provide you with a resource to help bring further definition to the styles/options you may be favoring or are interested in having us bring to you.

How Do I Get Started With The Blinds Connection?
Once we’ve narrowed the choices, we will measure your windows and work to draw up an estimate. We typically provide estimates the next day. Should you choose to move forward with what we’ve worked together to decide, we request a deposit prior to ordering.

When Will My Window Coverings Be Installed?
Your custom window coverings typically take 5-7 business days to produce. Once we have all your materials in hand we will arrange an installation time that works well for your schedule. Upon completion of the installation the remaining balance is due.

And What If I Need Service For My Window Coverings?
In the perfect world you will coexist with your window coverings in blissful harmony. In the real world, sometimes you have service needs. At the Blinds Connection we understand this and stand behind the products we offer. In the event you need assistance with an issue, call us. For warranty related service needs there is typically no additional cost to you.
